Book Your Appointment

Once you’ve booked your online Initial Clinical Interview, you’ll be contacted a day or two prior to your appointment to create your client portal profile where you will be able to complete our intake questionnaire, screening instruments, treatment authorization forms, set up a payment method, and have the opportunity to talk with your test administrator, Brandon Kutmas, LCPC, LMHC.

If you wish to join the wait list to be bumped up sooner should an appointment slot open up, book an appointment now and send me a message requesting to be added to the wait list. When a slot opens up, expect to be contacted by myself or by my assistant, Anna. Appointment slots are first-come-first-serve.
